As Kirac anticipates the arrival of his second child, these works recall the uninhibited joy of childhood. while exploring the importance of nurturing existing relationships when preparing to welcome a new life into the world.
Realised as abstracted cosmic landscapes, Remember Your Light reflects Kirac’s experiences as he navigates the various roles we play throughout life – friend, child, parent and lover.
Through dynamic use of layering, composition and colour, Kirac constructs a world of whimsy and spontaneity. He asks us to pause, reflect and listen to our inner child – our creative spirit – throughout the ever-changing landscapes of adult life.
